Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy
If you must cancel for any reason, we must receive written notice of cancellation by December 1, 2003. Your registration will be refunded less a $10.00 processing fee. Cancellations after December 1 and No-Shows are non-refundable. You may transfer your conference registration to another person at any time prior to December 1 by providing written authorization.
